The Authenticize Coach Certification™ program is the next step after CAA. It is a 6 month program that certifies you as an Authenticity Coach and allows you to integrate our foundational Authenticity Grid™ into your coaching practice.
The final stage of our coach directed programming is the Authenticity Facilitator Certification™ program. This is a year long program that not only gives you the deepest understanding into the Authenticize by Dr. Norma Hollis ™ programs but also allows you to facilitate our individual, coaching and corporate courses.

Our certification programs prepare you to administer the Authenticity Grid™ to individuals and/or organizations and teach the concepts of the Authenticity Grid™ as a keynote speaker and/or seminar leader.

Our signature program. It is taught by two Certified Authenticity Facilitators who will spend 11 weeks with you and a small group of other Authenticity-Seekers.
Collectively you will learn about the Authenticity Grid, and dimension by dimension you will examine your life and how you are living the energy of each dimension. In the process, you will remember a lot of things about your life and decisions that you have long forgotten.
You will discover more about yourself and emerge with greater clarity about who you are, confidence about your ability to be yourself, and confirmations for your next steps.
Acceptance into this class is through an application and interview. Currently, interviews are done by our Founder,
