The Norma Hollis Group was founded by Dr. Norma Hollis. During her 30 years of research into human nature, Norma discovered that as people and organizations lost their Authenticity, they would replace it with a mask that impacted their personal lives and business. From this research came The Authenticity Grid and training and development programs that guide individuals and organizations to authenticity.
